Sunrise works year-round on Kauaʻi’s east side, but winter and spring often bring more dramatic cloud layers that light up with orange and pink.
Summer tends to be clearer and brighter with cleaner horizons; arrive a bit earlier to catch the softer pre-sun glow before the light gets harsh.
